These terms govern use of this website. If you instruct us on a recovery matter, that engagement is governed by a separate written engagement letter, not by this page.

1. About these terms
This website at dubaidebtcollection.com is operated by Dubai Debt Collection ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What we are
We are a debt collection agency providing commercial and consumer debt recovery services in the United Arab Emirates. We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice or legal representation. Where a matter requires formal legal proceedings it is referred to and handled by our associate advocates in the UAE. See our disclaimer.
3. Information on this site
Content on this site is general information about debt recovery in the UAE. It is not legal advice and must not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a licensed advocate on your own circumstances. Law and procedure change, and general information may become out of date. We make no warranty that the content is complete, current or applicable to your situation.
4. No relationship is created by using this site
Browsing this site, or submitting an enquiry or claim through it, does not create a contractual relationship between us and does not oblige either party to anything. We take on a recovery matter only when a written engagement letter has been agreed and signed.
5. Submitting a claim
When you submit a claim through this site you confirm that:
- the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- you are entitled to pursue the debt described, or are authorised to act for the party who is;
- you are entitled to share with us the documents and personal data you submit, including information about the debtor, for the purpose of assessing and pursuing the debt.
Submitting a claim does not oblige us to accept it. We may decline a matter, including where we do not consider recovery realistic, and we are not required to give reasons.
6. Fees
Indicative fee information on this site, including on the fees page, is general and does not constitute an offer. The commission rate applicable to your matter is set out in the engagement letter and agreed before work begins. Court fees, advocates' fees and disbursements sit outside our commission and are incurred only with your written approval.
7. Intellectual property
The content, design and structure of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not reproduce, republish or exploit the content commercially without our written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use this site to submit false or fraudulent claims, to submit information you are not entitled to share, to introduce malicious code, or in any way that damages the site or interferes with another user's access to it.
9. Third-party links
Links to external services, including WhatsApp, are provided for convenience. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
10. Availability
We do not warrant that the site will be available without interruption or free of errors, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published on this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability in respect of a recovery matter is governed by the engagement letter for that matter.
12. Privacy
Personal data submitted through this site is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes arising from them are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
14. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last updated, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
