Dubai Debt Collection is a debt collection agency. We are not a law firm, we are not licensed to practise law, and we do not hold ourselves out as advocates or legal consultants.
We do not provide legal advice, we do not represent clients in court or arbitration, and we do not draft pleadings or legal notices issued in contemplation of proceedings. Where a matter requires any of that, it is referred to and handled by our associate advocates in the United Arab Emirates, who are licensed to do that work. You will be told before any such referral is made, and you will approve it.
The line between "debt collection agency" and "law firm" is blurred constantly in this market, usually because the legal framing reads as more impressive. A creditor who believes they have engaged legal representation, and has in fact engaged a collection agency, will make decisions on a false basis. We would rather you knew exactly what you are engaging.

The pages on this website — including the knowledge centre, the service pages and the frequently asked questions — describe how debt recovery works in commercial practice in the UAE. They are written for general guidance.
They are not legal advice and must not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a licensed UAE advocate on your own facts. Law, procedure, thresholds and deadlines change, and information that is accurate today may not be accurate later. What applies to your matter depends on documents and circumstances we have not seen.
No professional relationship

Whether a debt can be recovered depends on factors outside our control, including the debtor's solvency, whether they remain in the jurisdiction, the strength of your documentation and the age of the debt. Nothing on this site is a promise or guarantee that any particular debt will be recovered, or recovered within any particular period.
Where we describe how a stage of the process usually behaves, that is a general observation from commercial practice — not a prediction about your file.

Fee information on this site is indicative and general. The commission rate applicable to your matter, and the treatment of court fees, advocates' fees and disbursements, are set out in the engagement letter for that matter. See fees.
